Trashcan Carla randomly went hostile, when I heard my turrets beep I quickly used tai and tcai to disable AI, I console clicked on Carla, and used stopcombat player which defused the situation. You could try using tai and tcai and individually using stopcombat as that command will work without a designation after the command (I think so, anyway.)
